The applicant and partners during an official meeting in Chernivtsi region found that there is a problem of access to informayfyi of organic products in the transboundary region. Residents want to know more about products, but there is no surveillance system. People live and do not know they can have full information about what they buy and the content of one or the other product. The applicant and partners have offices for the project and qualified personnel for training and overall project management.
b) Describe the main goals of the project.
The main goal is the protection of consumers of organic food in the cross-border region.

Description Project involves all partners, target groups and final beneficiaries in project implementation in the transboundary region. The project will implement cooperation between the three partners and the applicant Bukovina Center for Development and Reconstruction (Ukraine, Chernivtsi region) – will serve as project coordinator, will provide management services. Scientific bases and innovative kultura- “Romanian inventive instytut- IRIIS” (Romania, Iasi) and the Scientific Academy of the Environment (Moldova, Chisinau) – will help to organize and carry out project activities in their countries. Chernivtsi City Council – will hold a seminar for local residents. Consumers of organic products gain important experience. The negative attitude to the proposed activities of other possible stakeholders are expected.
