The youth project “Upgrade Your Own Software—2025” has been launched

Youth Project On September 23, the kickoff conference and team-building event took place for the youth project “Upgrade Your Own Software,” which is being implemented by Resources-Studio and the Bukovina Center for Reconstruction and Development for students at Yuriy Chernivtsi National University.

On behalf of the Bukovina Center for Reconstruction and Development, Yaroslav Basnyak, Deputy Director for Strategy and Partnerships, welcomed the attendees. He emphasized that it is thanks to the BCRD that this project is being implemented in the Chernivtsi region for the second time, and he called on young people to actively participate in the project.

Andriy Cheverda, Director of the Resource Studio, informed the participants that the project aims to help students develop key social and interpersonal skills (soft skills) necessary for professional and personal fulfillment.

Next, Yevhen Tatarinov, a trainer at the Resource Studio and an expert in the psychology of performance under special conditions, psychodiagnostics, career psychology, professional development, and the personal growth of modern professionals, brought the participants together through team-building activities, encouraging teamwork, collaboration, and the achievement of positive results.

We thank our incredibly motivated and creative participants for their active involvement, as well as the “Belle Vue” Media Center in Czernowitz for their hospitality. “Belle Vue: Upgrading Your Own Software—2025” has begun.
