About Us
The Bukovinian Center for Reconstruction and Development was established in 1999 by the Chernivtsi Regional Council and the Chernivtsi Regional Organization of the "Znannya" Society and is a non-governmental, non-commercial, non-profit organization.
The purpose of the center's creation and activities is to promote the economic, social, environmental and cultural development of the Chernivtsi region.
