Youth Engagement – the “Upgrade Your Own Software.2023” Project

From March through May 2023, the Bukovina Center for Reconstruction and Development, in collaboration with Resource Studio (Resource Studio, Kyiv), conducted a training course for students of Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University titled “Comprehensive Program for the Personal and Professional Development of Future Specialists,” aimed at helping young people improve and master personal “soft skills.” Students and faculty members of Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University participated in training sessions on the following topics: “Employment and Internships for Young People,” “Psychological Analysis of the Characteristics of Self-Actualization Among Social Media Users,” “Basics of Physiognomy,” “Rhetoric and Public Speaking,” “Lies: An Introduction,” “Lie Detectors: An Introduction,” “Emotional Intelligence,” “Manipulation in Communication,” “Critical Thinking,” “Playback Theater,” and more. Training participants had the opportunity to complete an internship at the Bukovina Center for Reconstruction and Development and acquire skills in developing grant proposals. The course concluded in the Shevchenko Hall at Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University with the participation of University Rector Professor Roman Petryshyn and Vice Rector for Research Professor Andriy Samila. Graduates were awarded internationally recognized certificates.
